Good News Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is a US-based app developer. We operate goodnewssolutions.com and the apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Short version: we only collect what we need. We don't sell your data.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you send — name, email address, and message content. When you use our website, standard server logs may record browser type, pages visited, and referral source.
Our apps may collect data specific to their functionality, such as usage data or crash reports. Any data collected by a specific app is disclosed in that app's App Store or Google Play listing under the privacy nutrition label, and covered by this policy.
We may use third-party services such as crash reporting or analytics tools. These services may collect limited technical data (device type, OS version, app version) to help us diagnose issues. We do not use advertising SDKs or sell data to third parties.
How we use it

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers.
Data retention
We retain contact information (name, email, message) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Crash and usage data is retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Right to know — request a summary of what personal data we hold about you
- Right to delete — request that we delete your personal data
- Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data, so this right is already satisfied
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights

Data security
We use standard security practices to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
Children
Our site and apps aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated clearly.
